Crawfish Boil
When: Sunday, May 22, 2016
Time: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Where: Montague Lake - 10301 Penny Rd. Raleigh, NC
Live crawfish from Louisiana will be boiled, along with potatoes, corn, & onions. Chicken/sausage Jambalaya, sodas, water, ice and desserts will be provided. There will be hot dogs for the kids. Special Treat: Mr. - Beignets will have a food truck there with treats just like from Café Du Monde in New Orleans! (Note: Mr. - Beignets is not included in pricing, you can order & pay for whatever you like with them.) In addition, there will be beer from our friends at Abita Springs Brewery. If you wish to enjoy other refreshments, please BYO. Also, please bring your own lawn chairs. FOR KIDS: This event site includes a stocked pond, so fishing is allowed - poles and tackle will need to be brought. Also there is a beach, and swimming is allowed, however, all parents will be responsible for the safety of their own kids, as we will NOT be responsible for life guarding. There is also a playground right there at the beach. Events: Raffle fundraiser, including an official LSU football signed by Odell Beckham Jr.!

 


 

San Antonio Chapter Alumni Boil

 

The SA LSU Alumni Chapter will hold it's annual Crawfish Boil on Saturday May 7, 2016 from noon until...All alumni, fans & friends of LSU are invited to attend. Live Cajun music will be provide by The Flames of Red. Bring your favorite beverage in your favorite ice chest. Your $25 goes towards purchasing, transporting and boiling at least 250 plus lbs. of live crawfish with potatoes & corn. Your "early" RSVP will be greatly appreciated. RSVP by mailing check to Franke Johnson. 7744 Schulz Road, Elmendorf, Texas 78112. Directions: Take IH-37 south to Loop 1604. Exit 1604 /Elmendorf. Turn left/East at traffic light. 31st Annual Greater Birmingham LSU Alumni Crawfish Boil
Saturday, May 14 12pm-3pm

Craving crawfish? Then roll up your sleeves and get ready to pinch da heads and suck da tails at the 31st Annual Greater Birmingham LSU Alumni Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 14. Bring your chair or blanket and join us in the outdoor courtyard at Avondale Brewery on 41st Street in Birmingham from 12pm-3pm for all-you-can-eat crawfish, sausage, corn and potatoes. The cost is $30 for alumni members and $35 for non-members. Children under 12 are free. Beverages (soft drinks, iced tea and water) are included. A cash bar will be available. There will also be a silent auction, raffle and LSU merchandise for sale.

Tickets can be purchased through PayPal at www.lsubirmingham.org or by check made out to Greater Birmingham LSU Alumni Association and mailed to Keith Stagni, Treasurer, 325 Chesser Loop Circle, Chelsea, AL 35043. Be sure to include a list of names of those attending in the envelope. Deadline to purchase tickets is Thursday, May 12. LSU Central Virginia Chapter Crawfish Boil

Saturday, May 7th, 2016
American Legion Post 354 (13000 Robious Road, Richmond, VA)
Setup begins at 9:00 a.m.
Gates open at 11:00 a.m.
Serving begins at 12:00 noon

Time to make your reservations for the Annual LSU Central Virginia Alumni Chapter Crawfish Boil. This year the event will be held on May 7, 2016, at the American Legion Post 354, 13000 Robious Road (behind Tarrington Subdivision). Set up begins at 9 am with gates opening at 11 am. Serving begins at 12noon and continues until the crawfish are gone or you are too full to eat another one!! Come early, visit and help us set up the pavilion. Watch the cooks prepare and cook the crawfish and corn. Clement Bourg, with Cajun Heat, will again be with us to direct the seasoning of the crawfish. We need help setting up before the boil and with clean up after the boil.

You need to bring your own drinks as there will be no drinks provided by the club. There will be games to play so you may want to bring a chair to watch or sit in the sun. We will be serving crawfish, corn, potatoes, jambalaya and hot dogs. The dogs will be prepared by Sam and Elaine and not boiled in the crawfish pots.


We’ll have door prizes and an auction of LSU items (if you have any to donate for the auction please see Markie the morning of the boil). Proceeds go to our LSU scholarship fund.

Memphis Chapter Crawfish Boil

 

JOIN US AT OUR 27th ANNUAL LSU-MEMPHIS CRAWFISH BOIL!!!
Our annual crawfish boil will begin at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 23rd. Advance tickets are only $35 per person (plus svc chg). Kids 12 and under are FREE. Tickets include ALL the spicey boiled crawfish, potatoes, corn, boudin balls, alligator sausage, etc, etc. PLUS it includes ALL of your beverages (soft drinks, water, and ice cold beer)!!

IT'S A FABULOUS DEAL!!! At most "crawfish festivals" around here, you get ONE plate of crawfish for $20-$25 or so, then you have to pay extra for your beer!! (A lot extra!!) NOT SO AT OUR EVENT!!! Plus, with all due respect, our crawfish are better!!! We're from Louisiana, so we KNOW how to cook good crawfish. DUH!!!!!

The Boil will be held at the Lawhon's pond at 4958 Forest Hill Irene Road in Memphis. If you've been to our boil before, you know what a beautiful setting it is!!! Perfect for a Louisiana style celebration of “mudbug madness” at its best!!!

As widely anticipated and always a crowd favorite, our annual crawfish boil has been set for May 21, 2016 at Pub on Pearl – 1101 S Pearl St, Denver, CO 80210. The infamous Delta Sonics Band will be playing your favorite Zydeco tunes from 1pm to 4pm. Doors open at 11, crawfish ready starting at 1!

Please keep in mind that you MUST purchase a ticket in advance to reserve your crawfish. Your $35 adult ticket covers 5 lbs of crawfish plus fixings. This event WILL sell out fast, so purchase your ticket before it's too late.

LSU Atlanta Chapter Crawfish Boil

 

LSU Alumni & Fans, The LSU Atlanta Alumni Chapter 2016 Crawfish Boil will be hosted at Tin Can Fish House and Oyster Bar! Tin Can Fish House and Oyster Bar is an ideal location to reach our potential in achieving our goals for this event and is also a popular Atlanta event venue. Along with our new location, comes a new event day and time frame this year. We are extremely thrilled that we were able to secure a date for Sunday April 24th from 1pm-4pm. We hope you can join us and look forward to seeing you there!

Here are a few important event details to keep in mind in your planning for that day:

Cash bar – no alcoholic beverages will be allowed in


As always, you need to order in advance for your required admission and any quantity of 3 lb. and 5 lb. platters of crawfish you desire.

Admission and Cajun buffet (Red Beans and Rice, Jambalaya, Bread Pudding): $10 for adults, and under 12 free.


Crawfish Platters: Mudbug lovers have the additional option to order boiled crawfish platters in advance at 3 lb. for $20.00 or 5 lb. platters for $32.00. You can order as many platters in any combination to get just the amount of crawfish you want. Corn and potatoes come with the platters (while it lasts) and are not included in the stated weight. Note: there may be some extra crawfish available for purchase on the day of event, but we can only guarantee what you order by April 18th, the date we have to order crawfish from Louisiana.


Guests will be able to purchase any food/beverage items from the Tin Can Fish House and Oyster Bar menu.


LSU Atlanta Scholarship Proceeds:
There will also be a silent auction and all proceeds will go toward our LSU Atlanta Scholarship Fund. Our goal for 2016 is to add a 5th scholarship for Atlanta area students attending LSU.

LSU Tampa, FL Chapeter Crawfish Boil

 

The 2016 LSU Tampa Bay Alumni crawfish boil will be held on
Saturday, May 7th, 2016, at Ferg's Sports Bar,1320 Central Avenue, in downtown St. Pete. This year, the crawfish are being prepared by the Bayou Catering Crew. Click here for a map to Ferg's. Come "pass a good time" with your LSU Tampa Bay family. The crawfish will be cooked to perfection and the beer is always cold. And, if that's not enough, there will also be jambalaya. For those so inclined, hamburgers and hot dogs will be served. For the kids, there will be a bounce house and face painting. How you gonna beat 'dat?

And, you get all of that for just $40 per adult, $20 for teens 13-17.
Kiddies (12 and under) are free.
